This is Jen Seavey, 22, Dallas Seavey's new wife. Jen grew up on large cattle ranches and has been working with animals her whole life. She first thought of running the Iditarod when she was in first grade, and her dad made her a sled out of a milk crate and some old skis which she harnessed to her German shepherd.
